By letter dated September 21, 2018 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML18268A153), as supplemented by letters dated July 19, 2019 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML19204A227) and November 8, 2019 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML19317E157) Framatome, Inc. (Framatome) submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10337, Revision 0, Supplement 1P, Revision 0, Deformable Spacer Grid Element, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff for review and approval.

Enclosed for Framatome review and comment is a copy of the NRC staff's draft safety evaluation (SE) for the TR.
