About ten days ago, I requested a librarian in the Public Document Room ct 1717 "H" Street, N.W. to provide a document, referenced by the NRC Staf f in o filing of August 31, 1984; entitled " Chronological Bibliography,*, Enclosure 1" which was served on the Commission and parties to the TMI-1 Restart Proceeding (Docket 50-289). The librarian recently informed me that she was unable t'o loccte this document among the files of the document room nor was she able to cbecin it from the NRC Staff.
I am, therefore, requesting its providion under the Freedom of Information Act.
The requested document is referenced on page 2 ef the " Chronological Bibliography" as follows:

In view of my work in the public's behalf, I request a waiver of any ch rges entailed in the provision of this document.

The document tappears pertinent lo -,c-o presentation concerning a health survey we reported to the NRC(6hich we have b;cn asked to make before the TMI Citizens Advisory Committee on December 12.
