SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNIT I - SUPPLEMENTAL ENGINEERING ASSURANCE (EA) OVERSIGHT REVIEW REPORT FOR THE DESIGN BASELINE AND VERIFICATION PROGRAM (DBVP)
Results of the EA oversight report for the SQN unit 1 DBVP were submitted to NRC on July 7.8, 1988.
In accordance'with the July 28, 1988 letter, TVA is providing

The suppplement

Unit 1, Design Baseline and Verif :' tion Program, EA-OR-003-S," was issued on September 9, 1988, and wmpletes the commitrent.
The supplemental report is enclosed for use by NGC in evaluating the SQN DBVP.
It presents the conclusions reached by the EA oversight review team that implementatic,n of the DBVP for restart is satisfactory and that the objectives of the DBVP have been met.
