Subject: Inspection Report No. 50-271/86-03
A routine inspection was conducted on February 3-6, 1986 by Ms. Jean A. Ciofft
and Mr. Henry J. Bicehouse of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, relatad
to the implementation of radiological controls during the piping replacement
outage. In general, the program in place for controlling radiologically
significant work during the current outage operations was found to be well-
established and implemented.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were observed.
