NPF-4 NPF-7 Gentlemen: VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT REVISION 34 (- Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e), Virginia Electric and Power Company submits Revision 34 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for North Anna Power Station. This 1 revision also includes updates to Chapter 17 of the UFSAR which contains the Operational Quality Assurance (QA) Program. The changes to the program description do not reduce the commitments contained therein. One signed original and ten copies of Revision 34 to the UFSAR are enclosed. Each revision package contains replacement instructions, four volumes of Revision 34 pages, and a folded set of reference drawings. The Revision 34 pages replace the existing text, tables, figures, and tabs as described in the instructions. The set of drawings includes only those added or revised since the last submittal of reference drawings. As a duly authorized officer of the Virginia Electric and Power Company, I hereby certify in accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e)(2) that the information given in the enclosed Revision 34 of the UFSAR accurately presents changes made under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59, or was prepared and submitted pursuant to Commission requirements and subsequently approved by the NRC in the form of license amendments.
