As a result of the ongoing review of the Inservice Testing (IST) Program for Pumps and Valves for the Clinton Power Station, e list of questions concerning certain velves has been generated (Enclosure 1).

Please respond to these questions within 30 days.

l The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents, therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
