We have completed our review of your responses for Millstone Unit 2 concerning  !

Asymetric LOCA Loads. We conclude that thare is reasonable evidence that the Millstone Unit 2 reactor systems would withstand the effects of an asymmetric LOCA event and that the reactor could be brought to a cold shutdown condition sa fety. Enclosure 1 contains our Safety Evaluation. We consider this issue resolved for Millstone Unit 2.
