During a September 6,1988 telephone conversation between Mr. B. Cope of your staff and Mr. T. Ploski of my staff, we were infonned of a proposed change to your 1988 exercise objectives. We now understand that your staff plans to demonstrate the objectives relating to the performance of the onsite first aid team only during the October 20, 1988 medical drill. We find this change to your exercise objectives acceptable.
