Thank you for your letter of March 28, 1988, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated February 8, 1988. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Messrs. S. K. Gambir, Section Manager, Generating Station Engineering (GSE), and J. J. Fisicaro, Supervisor, Nuclear Regulatory and Industry Affairs (during a telephone call on May 9, 1988) is needed. Specifically, we need an explanation and copy of the GSE and Station Procedures utilized by 0 PPD to control documentation of the actual materials used during installation of modifications which are controlled by Standing Order G-21, "Station Modifications Control."
Please provide the supplemental information within 30 days of the date of this 4 letter.
