SUBJECT:
EXAMINATIONREPORT,FORTCALHOUNSTATION(FCS)
On July 26, 1988, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your FCS facility. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel. All applicants passed these examinations.
During examination development, it was determined that lesson plans or other training material for all the systems listed in NUREG-1122 had not been provided to the NRC for examination preparation. Additionally, some questions in the examination bank provided by the facility licensee referenced lesson plans which had not been given to the NRC.
Section 3.c. of the enclosed report provides further details. We expect that the information discussed in Sectior
- . of the enclosed report to be provided no less than 90 days prior to the to,xt scheduled examination.
