We have reviewed your January 20, 1977 submittal which addressed changes to UCLA Nuclear Energy Laboratory security plan.
In the process of our review we have detemined that certain changes to the security plan, as described in the enclosed ccments, are not acceptable.
Accordingly, we request that within 30 days follcwing receipt of this letter you submit a revision to the security clan which reflects the enclosed cc=ents.
