Docket Nos. 50-445-OL and 50-446-OL Dear Sir We are enclosing herewith for filing Applicants' Motion For An Order Resolving All Piping and Pipe Support Design Issues with attached affidavits and supporting documents.
The supporting documents, which are voluminous, have previously been provided to CASE and the NRC Staff.
Thus, we have not provided additional copies in serving the parties.
Copies of the documents will, of course, be provided to the Licensing Board and to any party requesting them.
