This letter fonvards a revised typed, technical specification Bases page for issuance of a license amendment in response to License Amendment Request No. 235. This page has been revised, in response to a discussion with the NRC Senior Project Manager, by replacing specific primary-to-secondary leakage values with reference to the UFSAR.
This will avoid inconsistencies between the UFSAR and the technical specification Bases.
