Attached please find the Startup Report prepared and submitted pursuant to Specifica-tion 6.9.1.2 of Appendix A (Technical Specifications) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Operating License. The report contains the test results of Fuel Load, Post-Core Hot Functional testing, Initial Criticality and Low Power Physics Testing. A supplementary report will be submitted, containing the test results of Power Ascension Testing, by May 26, 1986.
