Thank you for your response of April 18, 1988, to our Notice of Violation
issued on March 17, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Vogtle
facility.
We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
In your response you denied violation 88-09-02, example two; admitted violation
88-09-02, example one with coments; and admitted violation 88-09-01.
We will examine the implementation of your action to correct violation 88-09-01
during future inspections.
Your response to violation 88-09 02 is being
evaluated and our reply will be sent to you upon completion of the evaluation.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
