September 8, 1988 has been established as the date of our meeting. The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. and be attended by Q.'. representatives from the Electric Council of New England (Northeast Utilities, Boston Edisca, Niagara Mohawk and Yankeo Atomic Electric) and Philadelphia Electric.

In addition, the Yankee sister utilities may attend: Vermont Yankee, Maine Yankee and New Hampshire Yankee. Based on our phone call of A";ost 11, the date/ time is acceptable.

The meeting will be held at the NRC office ^,ocation'.
