Replaced relay.

Master Relay 08/02/88 Primary 1-CC-V-122 Valve failed type "C" leak rate test.

Component Train B Cleaned valve internals and installed new Coo 11cg Containment seal.

Isolation Valve 08/04/88 Reactor 1-RC-FV-2881 125 VDC breaker for valve control circui-Coolant Train B failed to pass breaker surveillance test.

Reactor Head Replaced breaker.

Pinse 08/26/88 Radiation 1-RM-RM-6527A 120 VAC breaker for instrument power Monitoring Train A failed during radiation monitor sur-Coritainrent Oldg. ve111ance test. Replaced breaker.

Purge Line Radiation Monitor 08/31/88 Nuclear 1-NI-CP-14 Triax connector on input cable to Instrimentation Protecti n Ch. 4 instrumentation cabinet found defective Power Range during surveillance test. Replaced Channel connector.
