General Electric Company hereby submits revision 1 (dated 2/19/88) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the changes and contains the revised pages as requested in your letter dated January 26, 1988 (reference 2).
Pursuant to 10 CPR 2.790(d), GE Nuclear Energy requests this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies GE Nuclear Energy procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
