SUBJECT:
Response to NRC Bulletin 88-05 Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) was requested in Reference 2 to take actions to review purchasing records to determine if suspect material had been re-ceived, te perform hardness tests on identified suspect material, and to assure the identified suspect material complies with ASME Code and design specifica-tions or to replace material. Subsequent to Reference 2, OPPD identified poten-tially suspect material, and notified the NRC according to Reference 3.
Since that time, Reference 4 was received which suspended certain previously request-ed activities. The 120 day report wa3 still required and is forwarded herewith to fulfill the requirenients of the Bulletin.
This report is being submitted under oath under the provis!ons of Section 182a of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended.
