This is in response to your letter of December 13, 1985 which requested a review
of a prior violation and our conclusions as discussed in NRC Region III

Inspection Report No. 50-249/85026. The specific violation related to the fact

that the Technical Specifications for Unit 3 had not been updated to reflect
the removal of a reference to another part of the Technical Specification, when
the referenced section itself had been deleted.

We have carefully evaluated the additional information that was provided in your
