Quad Cities Station Unit 1 Application for Amendment to Facility operating Licenses, DpR-29 and 30, Appendix A, Technical Specifications NRC Docket Nos. 50-254 and 50-265
Dear Mr. Murley:
1 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating Licenses DpR-29.
The proposed amendment is administrative in nature and involves corrections of typographical and grammatical errors, as well as improvements to the legibility of the current Quad Cities Unit 1 Technical Specifications. No technical changes have been made as a result of this amendment.
The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved by both on-Site and off-site review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company L
procedures. We have reviewed these proposed amendments in accordance with 10 CPR 50.92(c) and determined that no significant hazards consideration exist.

This evaluation is documented in Attachment 3.
Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State Official.
In accordance with 10 CFR l'io, a fee remittance in the amount of
$150.00 is also enclosed.
