Quad Cities Station Unit 1 Application for Amendment to Facility operating Licenses, DpR-29 and 30, Appendix A, Technical Specifications NRC Docket Nos. 50-254 and 50-265

Dear Mr. Murley:

1 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Commonwealth Edison proposes to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications to Facility Operating Licenses DpR-29.

The proposed amendment is administrative in nature and involves corrections of ,

typographical and grammatical errors, as well as improvements to the legibility of the current Quad Cities Unit 1 Technical Specifications. No technical changes have been made as a result of this amendment.

The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved by both on-Site and off-site review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison Company L procedures. We have reviewed these proposed amendments in accordance with 10 CPR 50.92(c) and determined that no significant hazards consideration exist. l j This evaluation is documented in Attachment 3.

Commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter and its attachments to the designated State Official.

In accordance with 10 CFR l'io, a fee remittance in the amount of

$150.00 is also enclosed.
