Box 480 hiddletown, Pennsylvania 17057 Gentlemen: Subject: Inspection 50-320/88-12 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by site inspectors from July 8 to August 5,1933, of activities authert:ed by NRC License No. OPR-73 and to discussions of our findings held by Mr T. Moslak of our office with Mr. R. Rogan and other members of your staff on August 5,1988. Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection re- port. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of examinations of selected procedures and representative records, intervfews of personnel, and vbservations by the inspector. Based on results of this inspection, no unacceptable conditions were identified. The recent improvements made in :he housekeeping of the reactor building are par- ticularly noteworthy.
