The B&W Fuel Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant requests l
minor amendments to our Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control Plan issued under 10 CFR 74.31.
The most significant change requested is to allow shipper's values to be used to document the receipt of encapsulated SNM or tampersafed SNM received for storage purposes only.
The other requested changes are of an administrative nature.
None of the requested changes will degrade the effectiveness of our Part 74 FNMC Plan.
Attachment I describes the requested changes and the justification for each change.
Modified Pages 1-1, 1-4, 1-5, 2-6, and 3-2 !.hrough 3-8 all dated 2-10-88 and at Rev. I are included for your review.
Note that Pages 3-3 through 3-8 are included due to restructuring caused by the 2 paragraphs added on Page 3-2.
