Dear Mr. Schlemmer:
This is in further response to your letter dated September 19, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), seven categories of documents concerning seven listed companies.
In a telephone conversation on September 30, 1985, with Linda Robinson, you agreed to narrow the scope of your F0IA request to records dated from September 1984 to the present concerning the merger of the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Toledo Edison.
In our letter dated October 28, 1985, we stated that the search for documents was continuing. The search has now been completed, and the document listed on the enclosed Apcendix B is being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),
