Dear Mr. Paperiello:
The purpose of this letter is to advise you of additional infor-mation for your files to support closure of Noncompliance 440/85043-01, example (a).
Subsequent to our second response, L.
K. Comstock Inspection Report 19141 and L. K. Comstock Nonconformance Report 6443 were initiated to document further review of weld filler metal withdrawal tabs.
Nonconformance Report 6443 has been closed based on revision to L. K. Comstock Procedures 4.7.1 and 4.8.18, and acceptable tensile tests of coupons welded with 6013 electrodes.
Mr. John Jacobson reviewed corrective actions taken in response to this noncompliance during his inspection conducted from September 10 to 12, 1985.
Preliminary results presented at his exit meeting indicate that this item is considered closed.
