Enclosed herewitt. is Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) "Application fo/
Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun St'. tion Technical Specifications to reflect changes which are necessary to support Cycle 12 operation.
As has been discussed with Mr. Pat Milano, approval of these specifications is required before restart following the 1988 refueling outage.
As part of OPPD's reload analysis program for assuring appropriate application of Combustion Engineering methodology.
Combustion Engineering is concurrently reviewing this submittal.
The concurrent review is heing undertaken rather than a prior review due to time delays in completing the reload caused by the Cycle 11 setpoint analysis error response (Reference 2).
Also, attached is a check for $150.00 to cover the application fee, pursuant to 10 CFR 5 170.21.
