Dear Dr. Paperiello:
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 76, the United States Enrichment Corporation hereby submits twenty (20) copies of Revision 8 (September 26,1998) to DOE /ORO-2027, " Plan for Achieving Compliance With NRC Regulations at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant" (the Compliance Plan).
Compliance Plan Revision 8 incorporates changes that were previously submitted for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review in accordance with 10 CFR 76.45, and were approved as Amendment 14 to Cenificate of Compliance GDP-2 in your letter dated September 21,1998 (TAC NO. L32084). Compliance Plan Revision 8 was implemented effective September 26,1998.
