Dear Mr. Kane:
Application for approval of the Wesfiexm Transportation System under the provisions of 10CFR71 was made in the Reference 2 letter.
This letter transmits Revision 1 changes to the Wesflex W21 Canister Transportation SAR.
This revision incorporates the applicable changes noted in the enclosures to Reference 3, per the A/fO information provided in Reference 4.

The Proprietary copies of the report contain information that is considered proprietary to Westinghouse. The enclosed Application for Withholding and affidavit are submitted in accordance with the portions of 10CFR2.790 requesting that proprietary versions not be disclosed to the public. A non-proprietary version of the report is included with this submittal.
None of the information being requested to be held as proprietary was developed while under contract from a government sponsor.
All design work and future fabrication, assembly, testing, maintenance, repair, modification and use of the package are performed under the Westinghouse Energy Systems Quality Management System, which has been approved by NRC under Docket No. 71-0708.
