A review of the subject inspection reports after issuance disclosed several
typographical errors concerning the status of various outstanding inspection
findings and/or the basis for closing out thoso items.
An errata sheet for the inspection reports is enclosed.
The errata sheet should
be prominently attached to each report.
Further, NRC Inspection Report No. 85-06 was never used; and, accordingly, it
was cancelled in our Region I records.
Your records / files should so indicate
that dispositicn.
