In accordance with Mr. Brownlee's January 8, 1987 letter entitled "Submittal of Annual Emergency Exercise Objectives, Detailed Scenarios and Controller Packages," the scanario ano controller data is only being sent to the Chief, Emergency Preparedness Section, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region II.
