It is my understanding that a license was issued by NRC to Niagara  ;

i Mohawk Power Corporation and that a consorttua of Public t'tilities in  :

New York, are directly involved in the project, including Rochester Cas l and Electric Corp., New York State Electric and Cas. Long Island Light- l ing Company and Central Hudson Cas and Electric.
