Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Revision to Security Plan In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, requests a change to the Security Plan.
The change is being requested to implement a special situation affecting security.
This revision of the Security Plan has been reviewed and approved by Responsible Technical and Independent Safety Reviewers in accordance with Technical Specification section 6.5.1.8.
A check for $150.00 to cover the fee required for the review of our application for the Security Plan change will be provided.
