i As you are aware,10 CFR 170 of the Comission's regulations for license and inspection fees was revised effective June 20, 1984. Section170.12(b) of tne revised rule provides that for applications for pemits, licenses, facility reference design approvals, and special projects which have been on file with the comission for review for six months or longer, billings would be made at six-mnth intervals or when the review is completed, whichever is earlier.
Ccasistant with the requirements of 10 CFR 170.12(b), we have completed the cost analysis for the Limerick 2 OL application review for the perioo December.23,1984 through June 22,1985. The cost through that period is $3,842. The enclosure is a breakdown of the review costs by program office. The Office of Resource Management has been notified to bill your Company for this amount. When uaking paymen?, please make reference to the bill nuraber.

SUBJECT:
LIMERICK 2 OPERATING LICENSE REVIEW COSTS 10 CFR 170 of the Coraission's regulations for license fees was revised effective June 20, 1984. Section 170.12(b) of the revised rule provides that for applications for operating license -(0L) review which have been pending with the Cor.nission for six months or longer, billings would be made at six-month intervals until the review is completed, whichever is earlier.
In accordance with Section 170.12(b), we have reviewed the cost incurred by the various program offices directly involved in processing the operating license for the period December 23, 1984 through June 22, 1985. Attached is a suurary of the review costs as well as the supporting documentation from the program offices. The attachment shows that a total of $8,842 was expended for the OL review.
