Peak Steam Electric Station Technical Review Team (TRT) member that the TRT, through interviews with Quality Control (QC) coating inspectors and a review of training records, determined that records for a number of QC inspectors had been falsified. The TRT member explained that the training records in question reflect that three QC inspectors had received and passed oral examinations when in fact l

Peak Steam Electric Station Technical Review Team (TRT) rember that the TRT,
. through interviews with Quality control (QC) coating inspectors and a review of training records, determined that records for a number of QC inspectors had been falsified. The TRT member explained that the training records in question reflect '
