An application dated March 25, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application requested approval of the justification for continued operation of the Haddam Neck Plant with reduction in ECCS flowrate.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your March 25 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
