Dear Sir:
This letter, with the enclosed attachments, documents the discussions in Reference (f) and transmits for staff approval the YNPS's revised Security Plan. The YNPS Security Plan, Revision 16 dated May 3, 1988 reflects the agreed upon positions with regard to Miscellaneous Amendments / Search Requirements and supercedes our prior submittals on this subject referenced above.
Pages and text changes in this submittal are highlighted by sidebars in the margin.
Two attachments are enclosed.
Attachment A addresses each of the points discussed in the April 5, 1988 telecon.
Atta:hment B contains the YNPS Security Plan pages affected by the Miscellaneous Amendments / Search Requirements ard reflects YNPS-NRC discussions to date on this subject.
