Terry, to the NRC dated April 22. 1998 Supplement 1 to the subject report is being issued to correct typographical errors noted during a review of the previously issued report via Reference 1.

The initial report stated that."[P]rior to operation 140 tubes in each steam generator were expanded at the B and D baffle plate to reduce wear.

TU Electric has removed all known defective tubes from service." The total number of tubes that were expanded at the B and 0 baffle was 124 (please refer to Attachment 2. page 2 of 2 of Ref. 1).

Additionally. Attachment 3 of Ref. 1 on page 8 of 8 stated that the tube in row 3 column 30 was plugged. The correct location of the plugged tube was row 2 column 30.
