We have evaluated all of the activities presented in your letter which impact j
considerably in your development of quality test questions for use in our l
l October 31, 1988 requalification examination, and find that your bank, at t

present, would be insufficient to meet our needs.

r Based on the above, we concur in your request to delay our examination until the fourth quarter of 1989.
We would like to be appraised of your progress in the development of your exam l
bank and will reschedule our requalification exam consistent with that progress and at a mutually agreeable date.
