PRELIMINARY PRA MODEL ON BORON DlLUTION The attached preliminary PRA model on boron dilution was developed by the Reactor Systems Branch (SRXB) as a basis for discussion with the Babcock and Wilcox Owners Group (B&WOG). The model was provided to Framatome Technologies, Inc. on September 24,1998 i
