, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy 10 CFR 2, Appendix C-(Enforce-ment Policy 1988), the following violations.were idntified. .t i' A. 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion VIII, and Arkansas Power and Light QA i

Manual, Section 8.0, require that measures be established for the identification and control of material parts, or components which do not conform to requirements in order to prevent items being inadvertently used 1

or installed.

Contrary to the above, station modification 82-2077, Pressurizer Spray Isolation Valve, contained two subassemblies for the same line segment on ISO 2CCA-15-1. The two subassemblies contained different designs. The subassembly that was not intended for installation should have been tagged l and segregated. However, both subassemblies continued to be worked on and preservice inspections continued to be performed.

the issuance of drawings, including changes thereto, and that these docu-ments are reviewed for adequacy, approved for release by authorized

personnel and distributed to and used at the location where the prescribed l activity is performed. f Contrary to the above, station drawings ISO 2CCA-15-1 and ISO 2CCA-15-2 for plant modification 82-2077, Pressurizer Spray Isolation Valve, were

'inadequatly reviewed and improperly controlled. ISO 2CCA-15-1 and ISO 2CCA-15-2 lacked phantom lines to properly indicate the transition between

, drawings. Several areas on ISO 2CCA-15-1 were illegible and a complete l section of this ISO was not reproduced. ISO 2CCA-15-1 was at the work  !

station and was the controlling document. The ISI coordinator used and i

supplied to the site ANII outdated IS0s that did not accurately reflect  ;

the modification. [
