As requested by your December 30, 1985 letter, subject as above, please find attached a supplemental response to the Oconee Nuclear Station Violations 85-28-01 (A), 85-28-02 (B), and 85-28-03 (C) which were identified in the subject report and were initially responded to by Duke Power Company letter, subject as above, dated November 14, 1985.
Duke Power Company has evaluated the NRC position relative to the previously submitted denial of violation 85-28-01 (A), and accepts and acknowledges the violation to be correct as stated. Violations 85-28-02 (B) and 85-28-03 (C) were ackncwledged and accepted to be correct as stated in the Duke response of November 14, 1985.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure.
