CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT MINIMUM REQUIRED NUMBER OF AUTOCLAVE AREA SMOKE DETECTLW ' (TAC NO. L32045)
Dear Mr. Miller:
in accordance with your applications dated July 30,1997, and May 29,1998, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 is hereby amended by clarifying TSR 2.1.3.11 by identifying the minimum number of smoke detector alarm circuits required to be operable for X-342, X-343 and X-344 (autoclave) buildings.
l Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the dates of July 30,1997, and May 29,1998. Copies of the Compliance Evaluation Report, prepared to support the amendment, and the Notice of Amendment, which appeared in the FederalReaister on August 10,1998, were previously provided to you by letter dated July 31,1998. This amendment becomes effective thirty days after issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
