On August 10, 1988 (53 FR 31778-79) the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) issued Amendment No. 9 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-126 and Amendment No. 8 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-127 for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES), Units 1 and 2, to show a change in ownership interest.
Due to an administrative error, these amendments did not make clear that the i
ownership transfers from Texas Municipal Power Agency to Texas Utilities Electric Company authorized by the ameriaments would take place in 10 installments as. set j

- The current construction Permit holders for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station are: Texas Utilities Electric Company, Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., Texas Municipal Power Agency and Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc.
