Dear Mr. Agnes:
This letter forwards the most recent NRC Outstanding Items (01) List for the Pilgrim nuclear power facility, as recently requested by you. As I discussed, the enclosed document is a compilation of open NRr. inspection findings, including violations and unresolved items that will be considered for review by NRC during subsequent inspections. Please note that the items are "open" with respect to NRC follow-up review, and the licensee actions for many of the items may be completed. Those items which the NRC staff currently considers should be resolved before restart are denoted by an "S" in the "S/R Reg" column. This classification, however, is subject to periodic review and revision. The list we've provided is normally maintair?d b:( N*C as an internal wor'.ing document. However, we determined it appropriate to provide it to the Commonwealth given its involvement in monitoring activities at Pilgrim. <
By copy of this letter, the OI List will also be provided to the Boston Edison Company.
If you have any questions concerning the 01 List, please contact Mr. Allen R.
Blough at (215) 337-5146 or me at (215) 337-5246.
Sincerely, 42424,h Marie Miller Regional State Liaison Officer I l
