APPLICATIC. FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to the license be amended to revise the Supplementary Leak Collection and Release System (SLCRS) filter testing surveillance requirements of specification 4.7.8.1.b and the SLCRS flow rate in surveillance requirements 4.7.8.1.b and 4.7.8.1.c.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A Safety Evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in i
Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to i
this Operating License be amended in the form attached hereto as i
