An Application for Amendment to the above Operating License to revise the Supplementary Leak Collection and Release System (SLCRS) filter testing surveillance requirements of specification 4.7.8.1.b.
This surveillance requirement currently requires both a
charcoal iodine removal efficiency test and a leak test of the l
HEPA and charcoal filter following painting, fire or chemical l
releases in any ventilation zone communicating with the SLCRS.
The proposed amendment would only ' require the charcoal iodine removal efficiency test following filter exposure to these conditions.
The proposed amendment would also revise the SLCRS flow rate from 59,000 CFM 110% to 57,000 CFM 110%.
This change has been reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

B and C which setforth the change in Technical Specifications, the safety analysis and the no significant hazards evaluation.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached as payment of the license amendment application fee in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
