Subject: Inspection No. 50-352/88-09
A routine safet inspection of your annual emergency preparedness exercise
was conducted b Mr. C. Gordon of this office, and other members of an NRC
team on April 5 7, 1988 at your Limerick Generating Station, Unit 1,
Limerick, Pennsylvania. Discussions of our findings were presented by Mr.
Gordon to Mr. G. Leitch and other members of your staff at the conclusion of
the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection included observation of the annual
exercise and follow-up of findings identified during previous emergency
preparedness inspections and exercises as described in the t!RC Region I
inspection report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and repre-
