Farley Nuclear Plant Unit 2, required by Section 6.9.1.10 of the Technical Specificationr4. Also attached are two (2) revised copies of the January 1988 report data. A revision was necessary to correct the Cumulative Unit Forced Outage Rate from 5.1% to 5.3%.
