DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 DIESEL GENERATOR LUBE OIL SUMP TANX FOOT VALVES SDAR: CP-86-31 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On August 22, 1986, we notified you by our letter, logged TXX-4975, of a deficiency involving the possible failure of the rubber facing on foot valves mounted in the diesel generati r lube oil sump tanks, which we deemed reportable under the provisior s of 10CFR50.55(e).
Our latest report on this issue, logged TXX-7044, was submitted on December 30, 1987.
This is a supplemental report submitteu to status corrective actions.
As noted in TXX-6564, dated July 13, 1987, installation of the Unit I replacement rubber facings is complete.
The Unit 2 replacement rubber facing installation has been rescheduled for completion prior to Unit 2 fuel loading.
