It is requested that the referenced Certificate of Compliance be renewed.
Enclosed are eight (8) copies of the following Westinghouse Hittman Nuclear documents for your reviews a
"Safety Analysis Report for the HN-190-1 Radwaste Shipping Cask",

Hittman HN-190-1 Cask Certification Drawing Nos.:
STD-02-028, Rev. 9 STD-02-029, Rev. 6 STD-02-030, Rev. 5 Please note that Hittman Nuclear is requesting that the model number of these casks be changed from HN-100 Series 1 to HN-190-1 on the Certificate of Compliance.
The new model number has been chosen to better reflect the volumetric capacity of the cask.
The Safety Analysis Report for the HN-190-1 cask, Hittman Docu-ment No.
STD-R-02-OO6, has been retyped and has been primarily re-vised for clarity and to remove typographical errors.
Section 7.0, "Operating Procedures",
and Section 8.0, "Acceptance and Mainte-nance",
of the Safety Analysis Report have been rewritten to assure that they are complete and current.
The Cask Certification Drawings for the HN-190-1 cask have also been primarily revised for clarity and to better delineate Safety Analysis Report requirements.
The drawings have also been revised to remove the optional cask lifting lugs previously identified as Item No. 9 on Drawing STD-02-029.
